Our Back-to-School Backpack Drive is the heart of everything we do at I PLEE S.O.D.A. Each year, volunteers gather to pack hundreds of backpacks and hand them directly to families in our community — free of charge. Come ready to pack, smile, and make a lasting impact on a child's school year.
What to Expect

Volunteer Check-In & Orientation
Arrive early to get your assignment and meet your packing team.

Packing Begins
Volunteers work in stations to fill and seal each backpack with supplies.

Doors Open for Families
Families arrive to receive their backpacks. Bring a valid ID for each child.

Community Celebration
Light refreshments, music, and a moment to celebrate our community's generosity.

Event Wrap-Up
Final distribution and volunteer cleanup. Thank you for staying to the end!
Drop Off Supplies Before the Event
Can't attend in person? You can still help by dropping off school supplies at one of our collection points before August 5, 2026.
